- Can be added directly to oil paint to make colors glossy and fluid. May also be used as a paint binder ingredient when mixing colors from powdered pigments
- Can be added to oil paints to Increase gloss and transparency. Can be pre-diluted with Turpentine, Grumtine or Odorless Paint Thinner

When making a traditional wood finish, hardware store raw linseed oil is good, but not great. This oil however, is great. No particles suspended in it, no off colors or odors, just pure smooth oil.
