Mr. Jeremie Donnelly III –
First time buying these paint brushes which I use for matte medium and gesso priming. The first set I received, one of the small brushes was broken and I was sent a replacement free of charge. I think these brushes will last a long time.
Prof. Henderson Will DDS –
I got these a few days ago, it’s now June 2022. From reading the reviews I almost didn’t buy them, but given Amazon has a return allowable on them, I decided to give them a chance. I bought my first set back in 2018 when I began my adventure into mixed media and those held up great until recently. So far these brush heads seem to be securely set onto the handle. I remember my old set needing to be reglued on to one of the handles, but E6000 fixed that issue. I read about loose hairs, so I tugged pretty hard on all four, and nothing came off in my hands. I used the largest flat brush on a project and no hairs came out. So I’m pretty satisfied with them as of now. I’m glad I took the chance to purchase them and look forward to many projects in the future! BTW, I use them mainly for the first coat of primer, white gesso, and often for larger areas of acrylic paint. So far so good!
