This holder is serving me well. It has deep pockets on one side to fit your longer handle brushes. I like the way it stands on the table so your brushes are visible, don’t roll off the table, and can air dry before you zip it up. To stand it up, you fold the top section back and there are snaps on each side of the bottom section to snap on the top.

This is a well-made and useful product. The case is sturdy. The textiles used to build this product are much heavier and more substantial than the other case I bought. I do not have short handled brushes, so I pulled out the single thread that blocked the slots for brushes on the lefthand side of the case. The thread was stitched there to keep short brushes elevated. Now it works perfectly for me.

Love this brush case. I know my brushes are secure from loss and damage most of the time, due to the zipper and also the case’s internal flap. Both are good mechanisms for the prevention of the brushes rotating or sliding into a position that will damage the bristles or for that matter, sliding out of the case.I bought this case when I found the roll-up case I owned was not long enough for some long handled brushes. But since then, I’ve also found it’s extremely difficult to pack a canvas, roll-up brush holder, so the brushes do not fall out. (Believe me, I’ve very carefully packed it too many times, with the results a fail. Packing the pockets with 3 and more brushes, so the wedge of handles would prevent the brushes from budging within the pocket; staggering small and large brushes in the pockets, doesn’t work, most of the time.)Only issue is that one side of the case is for long brushes (13”, maybe 13.5”), and the other for shorter brushes (about 11.5” max). It’d be better for me if that wasn’t so, but in most cases, that will probably work out best for others.

This is just what I needed and wanted for my collection of Sigma makeup brushes. I can travel with my entire lot and not have to worry about them getting all ruffled up. My shorter handled brushes go on the left side and there is a (stop) sewn in to the sleeve so they will not go all the way down to the bottom. The longer handled brushes go on the right side where the little pockets go all the way to the bottom of the case. I had to take the stitching out between two of the sleeves so my larger handled brushes could fit but that was to be expected. I no longer have to hunt and peck for the brush I want, they are all displayed for my choice.The case is very sturdy and there is plenty enough room for all your brushes. Some of my thinner handled brushes fit two to a sleeve and they are not cramped up. Now I just whip out my brush case and stand it on the counter when I’m ready to makeup, zip it up and store it my makeup drawer, or throw it in my suit case when I’m ready to travel. Every woman that a collection of cosmetic brushes should have one of these, it is well worth the $17 investment to keep my expensive brushes safe and easy to use.
