I have used many different iterations of Khadi paper, including loose pages and different sizes of sketchbooks, and never been disappointed. The paper is gorgeously handmade with deckled edges. There are occasional fibers in it and the paper is quite rough compared to other brands in this price range. The sketchbooks are well-bound. I’ve never had a problem with the stitching.I use this paper with pen and watercolor and in plein air or urban sketching situations. Khadi paper absorbs a lot of water, so it can be used wet on wet with multiple layers of paint. For the sketchbooks, I just use a binder clip to hold the pages down and then paint to my heart’s content.
